Executive Assistant and Data Coordinator The Missouri Hospital Association is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to be responsible for the data submission integrity for the Hospital Industry Data Institute's (HIDI) EPICC web portal and for providing data and executive support for the Substance Use Programming staff.
The position is entirely grant- funded and continuation of this position is dependent on renewals of this contract.
A bachelor's degree in public health or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
A minimum of two to three years of experience working in a related setting is preferred.
Should have general knowledge of database systems, spreadsheets, graphics and related applications, as well as hospital data processing needs.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Microsoft Excel to effectively maintain and process data.
Must be able to handle diversified duties, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, database management and project meeting maintenance.
Must have an astute attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy while meeting established deadlines.
