Customer Support Specialist I
Midwest Independent Bank, Jefferson City, MO, is seeking an entry-level customer support specialist.
This position is responsible for the daily administration of all online banking support services for respondent banks on company supported applications and platforms.
A customer support specialist also trouble-shoots and provides advice to customers, acts as MIB's end user authorization contact with the Federal Reserve as well as administrator of internally used applications.
This position requires analytical and computer skills.
Requires an Associates or higher degree in business administration or related field or two or more years in banking.
