The Chief Financial Officer provides statewide leadership and coordination of financial planning, budget management functions, and ensures accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles; is responsible for financial plans, policies, and accounting practices; the maintenance of its fiscal records; the preparation of financial reports; and maintaining relationships in the financial community.
